  • Modification of Turbine Rotor at Mysore Sugar Company Ltd Mandya to prevent continuous wear out of Thrust Pads due to water hammering.
  • Rectification of Triveni gearbox and replacement of gear internals to reduce heavy noise and vibration.
  • Upgradation of Turbine by increasing the exhaust pressure from 1kg/sqcm to 1.5 kg per /sqcm to suit customer needs at M/s Pandavapura Sugars and M/s Satish Sugars
  • Reconditioning of Turbine rotors for Maxwatt, Triveni and Belliss Turbines.
  • Overhauling and reconditioning of Turbine Alternator at M/s Pandavapura SSk.
  • Upgradation of Turbine Power with improved efficiency and increased crushing capacity and replaced new LP trip by removing master Trip where they were facing problem with the master trip at M/s Satpuda tapi Parisar SSK ltd.
  • Replacement with New Mechanical Governors at M/s Satish Sugars, M/s Shri Kurmdas Industries.
  • Erection and commissioning of 7.00 MW HCTC(China Make) STG at Gujarat Ambuja Exports at Shiggaon , Haveri.
  • Erection and commissioning of 7.5 MW STG HCTC (China Make) at Vishnu Vidyuth India Ltd , Vishakpatnam.
  • Retrofitment of Turbine Governor from Mechanical to Hydraulic for Bellis MST turbine at M/s Y.M.Krishna SSK Ltd.
